We have identified the cause of the issue. We have already implemented a solution to the issue and we will be monitoring it from now on.
The affected services including cloud and gateway are now functional again

Currently there are some issues conflicting with some services that are running on specific ports. A fix will be implemented to ensure the availability of all purplyx servives. We are now working on a fix and looking for issues to implement it April 12th.
